Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using Yiveno (the Chrome extension, website, and related services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Yiveno helps you capture and recall personal browsing traces (excerpts, notes, and related metadata you choose to save). It is not sold as a bookmark manager, note editor, chat bot, or general “AI life assistant.” Features marked unavailable in the product are not promised.
3. Accounts
You may use local-only features without signing in. If you sign in, you must keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Signing in does not by itself upload memories; cloud sync is opt-in in the extension. You may delete your account from Settings → Privacy as described in the product.
4. Your content
You retain rights to content you Capture. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide the features you enable (including optional cloud sync and AI assistance routed through our Worker). You must not use Yiveno to store or transmit unlawful material.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted interoperability
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to others’ accounts or data
- Do not use the service in ways that violate applicable law
6. Paid plans
If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by our payment provider. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout terms shown at purchase. We may retain billing records as required by law after account deletion.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Recall results and AI-assisted understanding are probabilistic aids; they do not guarantee correctness. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiveno and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what the product’s local/cloud controls allow you to export or delete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. 服务内容
Yiveno 帮助你捕获并找回个人浏览痕迹（你主动保存的摘录、备注及相关元数据）。不以书签管理器、笔记编辑器、聊天机器人或「AI 生活助手」为主卖点。产品中未标为已上线的能力不作承诺。
3. 账号
可不登录使用本机功能。登录后请妥善保管凭证。登录本身不会自动上传记忆；云同步须在扩展中显式开启。可在设置 → 隐私按产品说明删除账号。
4. 你的内容
你保留 Capture 内容的权利；你授予我们仅为提供你已开启功能（含可选云同步与经 Worker 的 AI 辅助）所需的有限处理许可。不得用于存储或传输违法内容。
5. 合理使用
- 不得滥用、破坏服务，或以超出互操作需要的方式逆向
- 不得未授权访问他人账号或数据
- 不得以违法方式使用本服务
6. 付费
若购买订阅，账单由支付服务商处理；费用、续订与取消以结账页展示为准。删除账号后，账务记录可依法保留。
7. 免责声明
服务按「现状」提供。找回结果与 AI 辅助理解为概率性辅助，不保证正确。不保证不中断或无错误。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Yiveno 及其运营方不对间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任；数据损失以产品提供的导出/删除能力为限。部分司法辖区不允许某些限制，则以允许的范围为准。
9. 变更
我们可能更新本条款并修改本页生效日。继续使用视为接受更新后的条款。
